Al Ghais Contracting LLC is dedicated to successfully monitoring and enhancing our environmental performance, as well as minimizing the environmental impact of our project. Our projects are only completed if the quality and commitment of its experienced and professional management system are met. We shall provide best quality services to our clients throughout the construction of our projects. Understanding our customer needs and expectations and providing products and services that consistently meet those needs and expectations whilst complying with statutory and regulatory requirements will achieve this primary objective.

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Our company’s aim is to strive to maintain an excellent degree of client repeat business. We feel that guaranteeing the successful implementation of a proper system is our obligation for quality and environmental protection. Al Ghais Contracting LLC’s fundamental value and philosophy is environmental sustainability of work quality. The Group Management is totally committed to providing products and services of the highest quality and environmental standards in order to ensure that we deliver building, facilities management, and civil engineering services that meet the Client’s requirements and comply with all applicable statutory regulations, codes, specifications, and environmental legislation.

The Management is committed to minimizing the impact of its operations on the environment and in particular to the prevention of pollution. Our Quality & Environmental Management System, which has been developed over many years, sets out the framework for managing all our projects to achieve this goal.

SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

Al Ghais Contracting LLC’s management is firmly committed to a policy that allows all work activities to be carried out safely, with all reasonable precautions taken to eliminate or reduce risks to the health, safety, and welfare of employees, contractors, authorised visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. Our company’s policy is to carry out work in the safest manner possible, in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards for Construction Projects.

Every person in the construction sector, in our opinion, has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment. To create such an environment, every feasible precaution must be taken.

Our goal is to eliminate or reduce the risks of accidents and injuries. Any mishap that occurs in this company will be taken seriously and fully investigated.

MANAGEMENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Will provide and maintain, to the best of our ability:

  • Working in a secure environment
  • Workplace safety systems
  • Plants and compounds in good working order
  • Facilities for the welfare of workers
  • Information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health
  • A commitment to consult and co-operate with workers in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace
  • A commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.

EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Each employee has a responsibility to:

  • Follow safe work procedures to prevent injury to oneself and others, as well as damage to plant and equipment.
  • Take necessary precautions to ensure their own and others’ health and safety.
  • If necessary, put on personal protection equipment and clothing.
  • Follow any health and safety instructions issued by management.
  • Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety
  • Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial report all known or observed hazards to their supervisor or manager.
